Salesperson told us the bed was returnable in the first 90 days. Only 3 weeks in, we decided to return the split mattress for a solid one and the flexfit base for a standard. This would be a $2,500 difference. Our salesman left after 3 weeks, and customer service says you can't return the base...so we are screwed, because he never told us adjustable bases are NOT returnable AT ALL. Also, our 7K+ bed hasn't worked since we purchased it 5 weeks ago!

Not very happy with their customer Service. Delivery was changed 30 minutes before they were supposed to come out while I had already planned and taken off from work.

Great customer service! Easy to deal with, but a few issues. Definitely ask about the warranty AND the return shipping cost BEFORE you buy!!!! If you don't buy their mattress cover it voids thd liquid spills portion of your warranty and while they tell you that you have 100 days to return your bed, they neglect to mention the $249 return fee until after you pay.

The sales team (Michael) was great and he definitely deserves 5 stars and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, getting our order placed and answering any questions we had. The 1 star is due to the delivery and service thus far. Delivery was scheduled 5/8, they brought out the mattress and adjustable base. I did not receive a demo nor any instructions on the features. I asked the delivery team how to use it and was told “everything is on the app and you’re good to go” and they left. I tried and everything was not good to go, the foot warmers don’t work, the foot portion of the base does not adjust, the left side of the bed does not adjust, the left lights do not work, etc, I called customer service immediately, hoping they would send someone right out as the delivery/set-up clearly was not completed appropriately and the next appointment is not until 5/13. This was not a low budget purchase and I am left with a nonfunctioning product for the rest of the week. Additionally, I went outside later that afternoon and cardboard was left in my driveway so I had to clean up after the delivery team as well. I am hoping the team on 5/13 will turn this review around but I am highly dissatisfied with the service thus far!

If you had asked me what I thought of Sleep Number before Nov 2022, I'd have told you that I was very happy.Ask me now - I am NOT happy and its all because of a little remote.My remote died in Nov 2022.I called to order a replacement and was told they are not available, and they were not taking names to notify us when they were available. They THOUGHT they'd be available late Dec.Background - yes, I have the Sleep Number app on my phone. But I don't use it at night because I'd have to open my eyes, navigate to the app, navigate to the settings, select Snore to silence my sleeping husband and then TRY to go back to sleep. Instead, with the remote, I don't even have to open my eyes, I find the button by touch and presto, back to sleep I go.So I called back in late Dec and no, still not available.I called back in early Jan and no, still not available.And I called back today and, you guessed it, still not available.I requested to speak to the manager and I got a gentleman called Rich.Rich began by confirming my acct, then proceeded to confirm my shipping address, so I thought, "ok maybe he's got a secret stash and he'll ship me one" but no, as we continued to talk it turns out that he was planning on entering an order for a remote for me so that when it is available, it will ship and I'll get an email confirmation.That sounds reasonable, right?BUT they will hit my card NOW for the $52, even though they have no idea when (if?) it will be available. It could be 6 months from now, it could be never.How long do I wait till I reason out that they're never going to ship? And at that point, I now have to reach out to cancel my order and request a refund. And if there is an issue with the refund...it'll be too late to contest the charge through my credit card provider.I know, $52 isn't much compared to what I paid for the bed, but I am not happy with their concept of "customer service" and I am not happy because my sleep has been affected because I don't have my remote.

Just want to share how helpful Massa at the York store was taking care of our concerns. Great bed and great night sleep. This is our 2nd sleep number bed.

I highly recommend going in and seeing Keelyn! She is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with her. Plus sleep number beds are super comfortable if you have back issues like I do. I also highly recommend the faux fur blanket too. Very soft and comfy.

Masa was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with my entire family (including 3 kids). He wasn't pushy and was honest about what we need. If you need a bed I would check this place out.

We were greeted and very well taken care of by Beth the manager. We chose not to go with sleep number only because of the price. But it budget isn’t an issue go and ask for Beth! She is amazing and well educated on the products and very nice!

NOT a great experience overall!! To start, I walk in and the alarm goes off, after Dana turns it off he disappears to turn the lights on for the show room floor, another thing he forgot. He shows me a few beds, and has to ask my info more than a few times throughout the process to get it put into the system correctly, ANNOYING! Kept calling me Mike, when I said my name was Michael, not a big deal but details matter. Overall felt like he was on his first day or checked out maybe. Worst part was listening to his tone like he was reading a script instead of selling me on my needs. Plus, he tells me I can set a day AND TIME for delivery and I found out that is FALSE. The whole process was a nightmare. Came in ready to drop 6K on a bed a accessories, Dana made a home run of a sale into a bad experience!! On the bright side I did call back in the guy Shawn I spoke to was tuned in and on point helped me solve the delivery problem. Would not shop here again for my bedding needs, not sure anyone should.

This review is nothing against the store as I did not purchase it from here. BUT Please beware of this expensive piece of junk!!! Have a performance series bed and the remote stopped working. They want $90 to replace it as they do not have replacement for the older model. If your equipment stopped working ( mind you a $2000 bed) you should stand by your product. Definitely not buying sleep number EVER again !!!!
