I am extremely impressed by how quickly and efficiently everyone was taken care of. You can check in and receive a ticket number for your appointment prior to entering the office by scanning the bar code on the door. Your turn is then announced or texted to you.

This office is way friendlier, faster, and more competent than the Lancaster office! Great experience with the gentleman who helped me get a card for my daughter. In and out in less than 10 minutes, no issues. Definitely have an appointment though before you go!
