Follow up: owner called me on Monday and apologized for the lack of communication. Didn’t make any excuses and took care of us. Love the fact that the owner reached out to me and not someone else. Will use them again. Like I said below, had a great first experience and want to support the small business. Thank you for making this right.First of all, I’ve used this place before and had a great experience. HOWEVER, good work is no excuse for lack of communication. I took a bunch of boys to come down and get some work done ONLY to be disappointed with them being closed. Totally wasted a morning! VM said they were open and so did google…

After I used the fiddle stick for a little bit the strings started coming off so I started to make little knots in it to try to keep it from falling apart. Today when I was playing with it all the stringing on the bottom came off and now there is a big hole in the bottom of my stick. After finding out about this issue, the company immediately contacted me and tried to remedy the situation. They will be re-stringing the head and sending it back to me. Great customer service!

I've ordered two heads from these guys. The first time, I ordered a custom dyed Mirage for my son. We were pretty specific with what we were looking for so after a call to Stylin Strings, we were confident in what we wanted from the dye to the pocket. We ordered it and got it in the mail. It looked outstanding. He's played with it hard for over a year and it still looks great.

We had a head restrung and were told to pick up on Saturday. They told me that they were open till 4. We left our plans earlier to get there at 3. Nobody was around. Other customers were waiting outside as well. When I called on Monday and expressed my disappointment, they claimed they would help us out. My wife went to pick the head up and as expected, they did nothing for the earlier inconvenience!! The work is good, but the customer service is bad!
