I love this store. I always get wonderful service and a willingness to do modifications to my current jewelry so I can continue to wear it. I especially enjoy having Susie wait on me, however everyone is wonderful. I love small businesses with great service and this is definitely one of them.

OMG! WHERE TO BEGIN!!! I LOVE THIS LITTLE SHOP!I came across this business by accident just walking the streets and coming in.The staff was friendly, well-knowledged, dressed professional-looking. They are able to assist in finding the perfect gift to rings and serenity items for calming. I will be back to look more in the inventory. But I did purchase quite a few things for my daughter. They also, customize jewelry and fixtures. I didn't have enough time to look at everything because of the nosey customer that was too heavy into my conversation with the staff. But they are a family owned business and charming as well.WELL DONE! And I'll be back soon.-Fancy

They created the most perfect necklace for our wedding. I showed them a Pinterest inspiration and, and they created something so perfect, it was better than I imagined!! I had compliments all evening on how unique and special it was. 100% recommend!

They were wonderful to work with throughout the process of making this big decision - helping us weigh the pros and cons of each ring, and being very patient while we considered the options for a few weeks! They offered to clean and polish the ring any time I am back in town. It felt great to work with a small local business and I am so glad we did!

WORST HOURS EVER!!! Every time that I want to go in, they're closed. I would like to do my business with them, but it's impossible. I always patronize another place that actually has hours of operation.

I was going to be in York for a few weeks to see my mom so I thought, why not see if they could repair the jewelry I have been carrying around for 2 years.One ring was an invisible setting that I have been told before could be difficult, and one ring was a bent mess because it was too small and I had to wrestle it off my finger, which kinda messes it up. The bracelet was easy.Service was wonderful when I dropped it off, the same caveats about how my two ring fixes have risks. I appreciated that and left them with good faith.Fast forward, I got all of my repairs back and they are perfect.I was unexpectedly emotional about being able to wear one ring again.Thank you so much for the care you took with my repairs.Much respect and gratitude to you.

I had unexpectedly been sent to this store from the pawn shop around the corner to sell some jewelry. As the pawn shop was OUT OF money. So I was completely unaware that the shop was even there. But BOY AM I GLAD, the pawn shop was unable to help me. Because that is just the cutest, and neatest shop in York City! They have a ton of crystals, and items that could be gifted! Not only was the shop absolutely adorable, and had the CUTEST literally everything, the two young ladies working there were so, so sweet and personable. I almost didn't want to leave! I highly recommend checking it out, and I haven't gotten a chance myself, but I heard they have the coolest workshops!!
