“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”

“I had a blowout while driving from out of town. I am glad that the AAA roadside assistance called these guys, because they were spectacular. Nate, the tow truck driver, explained everything while working on my car, and made sure that I was aware of all the potential costs. Once at the shop, Alex went out of his way to call multiple tire sellers so that I could continue with my trip as soon as possible. The issue was fixed sooner than I expected for a very reasonable price. Having a blowout while out of town totally sucked, but I am so thankful that these guys took care of my issue. Thanks!”

“Needed to have my mothers car towed because of a break down. Called Mikes towing and recovery and talked to a woman who was very courteous and helpful. She arranged towing and said it would be about 45 min. and told me the cost. 10 min. later Mike called to let me know that he was on the way and would be there in 15 min. He was very much in time and very courteous when he arrived. Hooked up the car and told me the pay options and made sure where we wanted it towed. This was a very good experience for my mother and I in this stressful time. Would recommend to anyone that needs towing service.”

“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”

“Louies Auto service did an excellent job with helping me fix my jeep grand Cherokee my maintenance man was named Michael. He was super super helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was done right and to get it ready for me to sell it. He also offered to do a courtesy maintenance check up on the next car I intended to purchase. As of right now think the jeep is running great. I’d like to keep it a lot longer and thanks to Michael I will be able to keep my Jeep on the road longer than anticipated. The staff at Louis’s Auto service was also very friendly and very helpful and did everything in their power to have my vehicle done at a certain time even during their busy snow towing days. Another great service that they have. 24 hour towing.”
