I worked with Lisa today on updating my property insurance, as well as a couple of weeks ago on updating my vehicle insurance, and she is an absolute pleasure. She was extremely helpful and very quick to get back to me about any additional information was needed. Tricia and everyone in her office are always fantastic to communicate with and go out of their way to make sure they can assist in whatever it is you need.

My wife and I recently switched insurance companies. We did our research and decided to go with State Farm. We contacted the Tricia Melnichak agency in Shiloh. We met with Holly King a representative of that agency and told her we wanted the same exact coverages we currently had with our present company. We had insurance with our company for over 55 years with excellent driving records and no claims. She tailored auto and homeowners policies to meet our needs. Her knowledge of insurance products was very impressive, explained in detail each policy. Holly saved us around $200.00 a year on our homeowners insurance and $840.00 a year on our auto insurance. We saved money but also got much better service with State Farm. Thank you Holly, we will be referring our family, friends and Co workers to you for their insurance needs. 😀

We were very pleased with the experience we had with Holly at State Farm..Our son had Insurance here and we were shopping around and he spoke very highly of this location.. Holly got us Quotes very quickly answered every question we had and explained our policy to us unlike the experience we had with our previous carrier.
She is always there to help us anytime we need help with something.. I would highly recommend this location of State Farm..
