This is the worse. Gotta play with your cell phone for and half hour , then wait again for approval. Why did I get a reservation # if I still gotta go through these steps. Khrist take the shit out of your mouth when you’re talking to customers! Long story short I don’t need the truck that bad. Really consider different options before dealing with U-Haul

Needed a 15ft truck last minute and they were awesome to work with. Jamal was a rock star! He took care of everything and made the whole experience painless. His professionalism is hard to find these days and I greatly appreciated it so much that it caused me to leave this review.

Great location. Only improvement recommended would be encouraging staff to show up to work on time. There was only 1 team member available to check in guests at 9am Sunday morning on July 21st when the location opened. Unfortunately the first three guests did not take the time to pre-book their orders and it took a very long time to work through them. Two of the first three guests had very challenging requests and gave the team member a difficult time which is why when the 2nd team member showed up and clocked in 15-20 minutes late it was noticeable. I was 4th in line and did not get the keys to my Uhaul until 9:25am which is realistically unreasonable to wait for 25minutes with a reservation. The level of service received was excellent, but time is money especially when coordinating multiple stops between multiple locations and teams. When I left there were 6 groups waiting behind me. Your staff has to show up to work on time.

These ppl are so unprofessional. I reserved a truck for one way and they gave the truck to someone. They called me two times to make sure I was coming. So, unethical.

I was given a wrong size truck, my updated reservation was a 15’ moving van, but was given a 20’ one. Neither the contact nor the personnel even mentioned the size of truck I received. I was unfortunately stuck in the gas station I had visited in the previous rental. I was able to make that turn one year ago with a 15’ truck. This time I was billed $590 for the towing service due to the wrong truck received.
