They don’t explained anything clearly. When I arrived at store to pick up the truck the person who gave me the service, never point me the location of the truck. He only gave me the papers and told me go get it. I’m military and never told me there was a discount. And finally, I’m pretty disappointed on the price per mile the charged. It’s insane that people rent a truck and actually have to be worried counting miles because the price for those are crazy. I don’t recommend this to anyone

Renting the truck and other items here was super convenient. The men at both check in and drop off were very professional and had us in and out in no time at all. We really appreciate the good work!! We will be back again if the need should arise. Thank you so much!!

I was scheduled for a hitch installation. Jesse, the manager, called me the morning of and informed me his installation guy was off sick and offered me an earlier time slot. When I got there, Jesse immediately got on my car and did it himself. In this busy, short staffed store, Jesse stepped up and got things done. Thank you Jesse.

After U-HAUL switched my pickup location to a further spot, I had to reach out to them and ask for additional free mileage. After I was assured by the person I spoke to that it was applied, I ended up being charged for it at drop off. I then had to call U-Haul 3 different times to try to receive a refund, the first person told me they couldn’t do anything, while the other two assured me that they contacted this locations manager and he would be reaching out to me to initiate the refund. I have had radio silence for almost a month since then, with no refund and no one reaching out to me. Completely useless and unprofessional.

Lone Kilgo was professional, efficient and thorough. Employees like him are what drives a business to success. The location was very busy yet the customers were handled in a timely manner. Returning the rental was a snap. I’ll continue to use this location for any future needs.

The rental vehicle obviously had not been washed in quite a long time. The windshield was so dirty and unsafe that I used the Windex & towels from my personal car to clean the windshield. There was pre-existing damage on the vehicle and I had to argue repeatedly with the employee to annotate this damage IN WRITING on my rental agreement. Employee just stared downward at the counter, was very indifferent towards me, would not even look up at me, and kept repeating, "We are aware of the damage" and did not want to put that statement in writing. This was EXTREMELY important to me because I did not want to be charged $$$ for this pre existing damage to the vehicle. I had to make my request 4 times before the employee finally annotated the pre existing damage on my invoice, and after he did, the employee just flung the paper back towards me. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. This same employee was outside when I returned the vehicle, and as I handed him the key he quickly mumbled something, turned, and walked away. I had to approach him and ask if we are finished, do we do an inspection together, any paperwork that needs to be signed? The employee gruffly stated "We're done" and he walked away again. No question about if there were any issues with the vehicle or even a thank you for your business. My wife & I travel frequently around the country and we are used to renting cars and dealing with multiple rental agencies and their employees. I would highly recommend professional customer service training for the employee who engaged us so rudely.

Lousy store. No equipment. Poor attitudes. No one available for renting. Waited 15 minutes only to get told my reservation was not there. Go to a different one.

While the office does seem busy and the folks may not always be around to pick up the phone, everyone via phone have been very helpful and friendly, and eager to help with a rental. The pickup process (5x8 cargo trailer) was seamless, the lady who helped was great, and overall, a very easy, simple, solid process and team.

Noah, the MOD, failed to have The Apartment Kit ready as their website had indicated. He said there was no such kit. He pulled up my pre-paid order and said they were individual items (which would cost more). I told him to cancel the order because I ordered the Kit. He continued to deny the kit existed and ignored the fact he didn't have the order ready for pickup and had no intentions to get it done. He cancelled the order and told me to leave. Made no attempt to help and when I showed him the locations website proving him wrong he said to get out. His associate leveled somewhat of a threat saying I'd better get out of the store. U-Haul will not refund my money until 3-5 days later. Do not go to this location. Not only does the Noah have zero customer service skills, you will be threatened if you simply ask them to honor what they advertise. Never prepay them as well. U-Haul would be best served to get their name off this location as it harbors aggressive, careless staff.

Absolute pain picking up or dropping off the workers seem mad at the world and everything is so slow hate coming into this place hopefully this will be the last time

The transaction went smoothly, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t keep it a couple more hours because someone had rented it for an hour after the end of my rental.
