Absolutely exceptional. Bright sparkling clean facility. Well maintained floors so items easily move in. Units are conveniently located near the door so you need not walk far. The staff is beyond kind and accomidating. I have had lots of storages and lots of issues ,this place saves the day

Place is extremely dirty and very expensive. They also shut the gate at 4:30p.m.and stop excepting money for monthly payments at 4:00 p.m. even though all the signs say that they are open until 5:00p.m. Don't waste your time with this disgusting place and employees that are extremely, extremely rude at all times. Place should be given a minus 20 stars.

The unit next to me had someone storing food. Mice infested their unit and then came into mine. Tearing up couches, clothes, and furniture as well as peeing and pooping all over everything that I cherish.
Even though I did everything right, U-stor-it offered me a pittance of a deal and gave me my next month free...AND THEN UPPED MY RENT!
Don't keep things you value with U-stor-it. Period.

At first I was happy because I paidfor one month and had two free. Before moving in I washed all my clothes that was boxed up. When we moved out and was unpacking there was mouse droppings in all the clothes. While cleaning up the unit we let them know that there was mouse dropping all over. The mouse ate through my couch cushion. Left a week early and all we got was I’m sorry. To pay 160 for each month to have my things destroyed is upsetting. Plus now I have to rewash everything we put in.

Good place to store belongings/after having my things in unit for 4 years/there were no signs of bugs or rodents,and unit was clean. Be sure to read the contract though,as I had to pay a full months rent on the day I was clearing unit(2 days late),and something regarding a 7 day notice B4 moving. I never had the contract to read because I lived out of state,unit was rented by a family member/I just paid the bill.
