I had only been once before an the pedicure wasn’t to bad. But I left with my feet feeling the same as when I went in but worse it felt very rushed, got cut twice once while filing an wen removing my gel polish. They only had 2 people working. I wanted a manicure but decided not to because I did not want it to be rushed to get to the next customer who was waiting.

The price for gel fills was $55. She used what looked like acrylic not gel and I was overcharged in my opinion. Everywhere else charges 40 to maybe $45 not $55 overall I was not satisfied with the visit.

The worst place. Every time I scheduled appointments in advance with Jolene , she has someone else at that time and I have to go with whoever available.
That’s is awful business and have no respect to the clients. The only reason I went back- the gift certificate I got from friend. I would never recommend this place.

Don't bother making an appointment. They'll take other people while you sit there 30 minutes past your time slot. Terrible

They never have anyone available. If you book an appointment you will still be waiting 30-45 minutes. Every time I try and give them another change they remind me of why I need to stop giving them service.

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to PA in 2019 and NEVER had a complaint until today. I showed the nail tech a picture I found on Pinterest and they had the EXACT COLOR I wanted in their salon, however she went on and did something way different and I am not HAPPY AT ALL! I should have said something but didn't want to be rude. They have now lost a loyal customer. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY NAILS; VERY!!!! When I'm paying you $100 to do my nails, do what I ASK YOU TO DO, NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO!!! If anyone knows of an awesome nail salon in York, PA please drop a note because I will NOT be going back to UB Queens on South Queen Street, I'm done w/them! I am STILL upset/angry :-( CCHRISTINE

This was my first visit, and I am now a customer for life! Joanne was amazing. Friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience, and my nails look FANTASTIC..The shop was charming and clean. I found the prices to be on point, if not better than other locations. I had next to none wait time, however I did arrive early. You may wish to call ahead to make an appointment, just in case.Services: Nail painting
