I came here once many years ago in a pinch and it was fine, but the acrylic set did not stay put very long (maybe 5 days when i normally get 8-10), so I found other places that were better for me. I did not come back until today when my mom (a regular) had an appointment and I tagged along, not realizing where we were going until getting here. I figured i shouldn't base opinions off a single experience so went in @ her scheduled time(5pm). No one was available right away, but no one else was waiting. Another duo came in a bit later asked about pedicures, left and came back @6. After picking colors and waiting about 30min they finally took mom for her fill and asked me nothing. Didnt even look at me. Another employee finished and proceeded to take the duo that came later back for their feet. Fine. I asked my mom if i should just wait in the car (clearly the business isnt interested in my money), but she said hold on so i did. Another employee finished and went onto the pedicures. By that point I had enough and got the keys to wait in the car. I let them know how unprofessional and ridiculous the situation was and left. Needless to say, i will not be giving this salon another chance. If zero stars were an option i would choose it.

Been going to Unique nails routinely for months. I just get a gel manicure with my natural nails. They take their time, are gentle and polish is always so pretty with no chips or anything. Most importantly my natural nails are growing so long definitely a loyal customer! ❤️

The actual nails aren’t bad, they look very nice and it’s exactly what I asked for. The issue is, while filing my nails and buffing them she ended up getting a lot of my skin, leaving my fingers irritated and even slightly bleeding. There’s also an excessive amount of glue left on my fingers. I don’t want to slander the business however this was the most painful it’s ever been while getting them done and I feel like I shouldn’t have experienced any pain. For $55 I shouldn’t be in pain a day later

Their regular pedicure is better than some special spa pedicures I have had. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job!

I just moved here in April 2023 and have been search of a nail salon to call home. I went here on a whim this morning because the place I go most often was booked all day. I’ve visited several other salons to attempt to find the one I want to make home. Initially when I walked in and asked the price for the service I wanted, I was told $35 plus $5 for the shape. When I went to pay after the service, the price was quoted to me as $45 plus $5 for the shape. I am VERY pissed about this! Don’t quote me a price and then jack it up when I get to the register! Not only will I not being going back, but she messed up the tip for her technician. I tip VERY WELL! I’m sure this won’t affect them in anyway because my little $50 means very little, but if everyone takes head to complaints and stops supporting establishments that perform these unfair practices it’ll stop!

Good place for a guy to go to get a pedicure ( if, like me, you're getting too old to bend to cut your own toenails) Nice calf massage & warm towel comes with it.

Nothing “unique “here other than their pricing. They offer a lot of nothing at this location. Many options that amount to dollars and not anything extra . You’re paying for the calming music and spa like setting. In addition to the pricing, they take long. It was pretty basic service for top dollars. The staff are friendly and dress very profession. I want my end results to be top notch, which they were not. Nails incomplete on the sides, nails also not properly filed down causing my nails to catch and snag things. Feet are rough after the scrubbing. Better condition before their service than after. I don’t mind paying more than the competition as long as I get the best results.
