Very bad customer service, the lady answering my phone just kept hurrying me up, she said she had a lot going on, as a business you need to take your moment also since she answered my call she was like that. I really needed a tow service, going through a tough situation with my car but she had to make it worse.

just as an employee at rutters in marietta working i’ve seen nate handle vehicle pickups the fastest i’ve seen just about any company. even in the pouring rain as i was leaving i watched him pick up a car and leave within 15-20 minutes. easily one of the fastest responders and vehicle pickup companies i know. Plus he’s always in supporting locally in town trying to return what he can here in gas and anything else

Feb 4th 2024 My son's Truck was hit while parked by a drunk driver in Columbia , my husband choose to use unlimited towing an it was the best decision he had a timely arrival to the seen. He was very courteous and professional while working along side the other tow company that arrived after he did for the other vehicle. Being local we were able to go clean out the vehicle on our time as Nate was very flexible with meeting us. He also worked very well with the insurance company getting the truck where it needed to go in a timely manner to get the claim processed. Would definitely recommend unlimited to others and use them again if needed.

I was involved in an accident in February Unlimited Towing was requested to the scene for both vehicles. The driver was fast with getting there. The best company I have seen. I called them to get belongings out of the car and they were very accommodating with meeting me after hours to get my belongings. The location of this business is a main reason I will recommend them to anyone needing a tow or in an emergency. I didn't have to travel far and they worked with me on every aspect. Employee met me twice to get everything I needed. Was great not having to drive out of my township I live in to get my belongings very close and convenient. Thank you to the owners and employees for all you have done. Keep up the great work in Lancaster county you are the best.

Very fast, my car is lowered to the ground and he was able to get it back to the shop safely with no damage. Calling him for all my towing needs.

I called for a tow and they responded very quickly. The driver found the problem and fixed it and charged me a small fee instead of for a tow. Very professional and definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate Nate from unlimited towing in Marietta. I was involved in an accident this morning and he was on his way into work when he pulled up to the scene and got to helping us out right away. Even after when I had questions he helped me out. If I ever need another tow I know who I'm calling! Thank you so much! ??

Wonderful Tow company.Nate came to the scene immediately after being called. He was super professional and friendly. He went above and beyond staying in contact and keeping me updated with where he was so I could get my belongings out of my vehicle, he even helped with my license plate. The owner of this company is a WONDERFUL person! I wrecked my Ford Explorer and they took it to their tow yard. I’m on disability and can barely pay my bills let alone pay to have my SUV towed back to my house and this man helped me out BIGTIME!! He is very polite and easy to work with.
