What’s going on with UPS?!!! My alert messages says my package was attempted to be delivered but that’s a lie because I was here all the time and they didn’t leave the note at the door like previously. Seriously!!! I lost all day waiting for the medication that comes in that box ??

Worst experience trying to get ahold of an actual human on the phone at this location. Absolute freaking trash. Over 20 minutes talking to an idiotic robot that couldn't understand anything I said and still refused to transfer me to a representative.

I’m sooo over UPS. If I could choose not to use their service I would. I was given an estimated window of 11:30-3:30 and STILL have yet to receive my package. I had to leave for work and hope that someone doesn’t steal it and I’m sure if I were home they wouldn’t have bothered to knock because they never do they slowly sit it down and leave or if it needs signed just put the paper on the door. You have to have the door open in order for them to even bother saying anything smh. And this package costed over $100 which I doubt they would pay me back for. I was give the chance to “Follow My Delivery” and all the truck did was sit in the same area or shift up a street then back to the first street then get further away then finally around 3:25 it’s on my street and what does it do? NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE. It goes further away from my street and they try to be slick and change the delivery time to “by end of the day”. This is ridiculous. If that map is accurate then the drivers need to organize the packages and deliver the ones that’s on a street at the same time rather flip flop all over the place. Now I have to wait til I get off work to make sure my package is still there. I’ll bump it to 2 stars if it is.

Not only are the drivers out of this location incompetent cheats, so is the management. This has to be the worst UPS location and the company has no system of accountability in place to oversea it. The UPS corporate culture is so awful with customer service and communication you would think it was 1800s. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FEDEX! or any company other than UPS.
