I have been having a serious problem with my mail carrier for over 3 years now and I have filed multiple complaints and reports with the post office and still have not received my mail losing thousands of dollars because of this. And no one wants to help me I guess now I need to seek a lawyer!

This Post office and half of its carriers need to be jailed. Random mail customers mail is being dumped in my mailbox. All because the carrier is an un responsible human being. The manager of this post office still has done nothing after 2 + Years of numerous complaints about this carrier.

Worst mail carriers ever !! They kept saying my mailbox was undeliverable. Lies ! There is nothing ever blocking my mailbox, especially two days in a row early in the morning. When I call I can’t get anyone in the line. This is ridiculous.

No problem with this post office, as far as I know. Employees are nice and polite. There is a kiosk to scan packages to save you time.

My sister and I get our mail delivered to one of those cluster mailboxes. It's about 4x4x12 box and they stuff everything including a package that contained 3 shirts! Ridiculous! Our front porch is across the street from the cluster and stuff like that should be delivered to the door. The usps is worthless anymore.

Went in today to mail 15 packages. Waited in line 45 minutes because there was 1 employee working. That alone is unacceptable.
When I finally made it up to the counter the employee said "sorry the lines too long I won't be able to mail all of these today."
Worst customer service ever. The management's lack of employees and preparation should not affect the services I'm allowed to receive.
