If you've ever been to V.I.P nails in the red lobster shopping center and had the pleasure of having Lena do your nails then you are in for a treat. She has bought Venus from Lisa who still works here btw along with Lena's husband. Awesome job every time with my nails and pedicure.

Lisa does an amazing job every time with my nails (like today!). I also love all the color options she has. While she generally books out appointments ahead of time (as one needs to with a small business), she is very flexible with appointment times and gracious if you need to reschedule. I usually book about two weeks in advance, but if you call ahead she may be able to offer you available slots within the next couple days! If you call ahead, she is very responsive and will fit you in as soon as she has availability! Highly recommend -from a regular 🙂

Poppa, the owner, should not be giving pedicures! It is obvious, he does not want to be doing pedicures and therefore does a horrible job. He shuffled over to the chair unhappily. For $35 he soaked my feet, trimmed my nails, buffed the bottoms, and then painted the nails. There was no trimming of the skin around the nails, no buffing of the nails, no lotion massage, no warm towel, and no acknowledgement of the customer. Totally unacceptable! To say I'm a disgruntled customer is an understatement!

Just walked in no sign saying appointment only. lady ask what i need i tell her what me and my sister in law wanted and she says o no i don't have time so my sister in law asked if it's appointment only and she says o yeah. wasted my time by asking what i needed. never will try this place ever. and there was only one person. like comment 3years ago said how do you make money if you don't have other people.

Went to get polish change. 1 person working on a Saturday morning was told no she has other appointments. Save yourself a trip and go to a real nail salon.

The store closes at 7. We get there at 6. There was one person in the store. Not quite sure how you plan on making any money doing nails with no one there to do them. First time trying. Won't waste my time and go back.

I love Venus Nails!!! Best service and she does the best nails! You have to call to schedule because she is always booked! Worth it!!!!
