The service exceeded my expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to assist. Although it's an eye doctor appointment, the transition to Telehealth was seamless. While there may not be physical doctors on-site, the staff's dedication shines through as they navigate this shift. Following their instructions ensures a smooth process, and I completed my appointment in under an hour. Kudos to the team for their efficiency and helpfulness!

So you call 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment. You get there just before your scheduled time. You check in, and then someone from the back comes out and starts telling the front employees to cancel the appointments. The eye doctors were told today that they were being terminated. The front employee told us we could reschedule. We told her thanks, but no thanks. Can not and will not trust my eyes to an outfit like that.

Customer Service was amazing, wait time was short, was pleasantly.surprised to find the staff was overhauled and the new was very personable. Price was reasonable and the staff did their best to make a second pair affordable. Going back again

A little over 6 months ago I went to buy my son's glasses. At the time there was the BOGO promotion so I agreed to buy 2 lenses.Some for school and one for sports. I put insurance on one of the lenses.Today I am going to make a claim on one of the lenses and they tell me that the system does not allow me to buy the lenses this year.There is no way to see if I have the insurance. If I don't bring proof that I bought them, they can't do anything except pay in full. He also tells me that they changed the system this year so that could be it.So by changing the software they lost information and there is no physical evidence because they don't have anything on paper.It's unfortunate that they don't give me another option. Now I have to see if I keep the physical copy.

The workers here are really kind and helped us pick out glasses. The doctors are remote, which are different from last year! So many glasses and sunglasses!We really didn't have to wait, probably because we came in an hour before closing time.

I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so kind & helpful. We talked, laughed, and listened to each other. I’m terrible with names, but all the Women working on 11/10/23 were amazing! They went out of their way to help me get glasses that look good. I told them I was on a tight budget so they ALSO provided a coupon so I could actually afford it. The tech who did the exams was really kind & thorough. I was a bit nervous about it being “telehealth” but it’s a virtual doctor looking at all of your results. It’s all the same tests & procedures. The doctor is just online talking to you like FaceTime. I’m definitely coming back here! Everyone & everything was great!

Every time I come here with my husband who is disabled, we get the best treatment and care from Leashia B. She is very attentive, detailed, and so pleasant. We absolutely love her and she should get a raise.

I'd give them 10 ??? if I could. The staff there are super nice and do a great job. There is a shortage of eye doctors and unfortunately that can affect wait times and being seen. They do try very hard to help as much as possible. Please be kind to them!We had a long wait. The staff there were constantly trying to reach ANY doctor. They updated regularly that they were doing their best to reach someone. No doctors were answering their calls. I think we were there almost three hours and that time no one ever gave up trying to get those doctors to respond.They possibly profusely apologized and did everything under the sun to help. You best believe I'm happy to go back. They care about their patients. I truly value how hard they worked. They will always be appreciated by me.Thank you very much Delco ladies for everything you do. You really go above and beyond and I'm grateful to you

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK — Now that I’ve picked up my glasses & have no intentions on coming back, I’m ready to share my experience(s). For one, they don’t inform you that 90% of the appointment is waiting hours for a (remote) provider on a screen. My appointment took a substantial amount of time. Second to that was just the professionalism of this place or lack there of. I listened to the women there speak about other patients, discuss adult toys and also smoke in front of the glass(the store front) —which is extremely off putting. Although the wait time was the least disturbing, they sent away a patient due to lateness and still had me sitting there way passed my appointment time. I ended up having to leave to pick up my son and continue on another day because the appointment was taking so long. Upon arrival to PICK UP the glasses , there was a lady & her daughter in front of me. The daughter asked why the total was what is was & the lady behind the counter had the audacity to say “that’s what happens when you don’t have insurance” LOUD. The mom was clearly embarrassed and whispered to her daughter “watch , there are people behind us” . She ended up stepping to the side to call her husband about the total. I’m standing there in disbelief that she would say that & not deal with them with some sort of discretion. I just grabbed my glasses quickly and left. That bothered me because I’ve been going to Visionworks since I moved to York. I’ve had federal insurance most times , except the last two visits and never experienced anything like this . The last time I was here they were extremely unkind. For some reason, they treat people with state insurance or no insurance differently. When I had federal insurance I had no issues, I got the best service. I remember at the appointment before last, I asked what the allowance was — the lady pointed over to the clearance rack and say “anything on that rack” ? I kept my cool , but was super offended and the place was packed. I had paid out of pocket for glasses and contacts before so I’m not understanding why you took it upon yourself to determine what I can afford. That is why I asked the allowance. My last visit , same thing happens. Points to the cheapest glasses there. Both times , I decided not to order a penny more in eyewear , I was so disgusted. To see that mom embarrassed in front of her daughter and myself — was really unfortunate. This place either needs a new team or needs to work on professionalism, tone & handling people with grace. Lastly my glasses were falling apart after a week. Both of the sides are about to come straight out of the glasses due to poor welding and are BEYOND loose. It’s really pissing me off for lack of better words, because I just got them. I’ve been dealing with loose glasses since the first week and they’re getting progressively worse. That’s all .

I was in dire need of contacts for an upcoming trip and my insurance company had been giving me the run around as far as left over benefits. Miss Le'ashia B made the necessary phone calls to ensure that my insurance company removed the hold allowing me to order the contacts. Her professionalism was top notch and she made me feel comfortable at the same time. She remembered me from the last time that she helped me (months ago) which also put me at ease. She is an outstanding person and I will always look forward to being assisted by her any time I walk in the door. Melvin C.

We had great luck and service in the past. It has turned into a joke. Will never go back. They should tell you when you make an appointment that it's done remotely now, there is not a Dr. there. Slow spent 3 hrs there. Went to pickup the glasses had to wait 45 minutes to get waited on. Glasses were horrible one pair I had double vision with ,second pair vision was a little better but the lens were ground too small you could pop them in and out without loosening the screws. Ended up getting the money back. My wife's glasses weren't any better.
