Just talked to someone in the pharmacy to find out if they carried a specific vaccine I need for an upcoming trip. It was listed online but I wanted to make sure the info was correct before making my appointment. The person I talked to extremely rude and unhelpful. It was like answering my question was a waste of his time. I could barely get my question out before he rudely told me no and to call a different store. After which, he hung up. I understand if he was having a bad day but that's still no way to treat someone.

Excellent! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I went for a walk in TDAP and had insurance concerns. They answered all of my questions. The Pharmacist who gave me the vaccine was gentle. I had my shot and was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. (but I went in mid afternoon, not when they were swamped).

Incompetent workers. They tell you a medication is ready, they make you drive here and the medication is not ready. They want you to come back multiple times a day to get the medication they said would be ready in the morning. They also give you medications you don’t even need. Skip yourself the hassle and find yourself another pharmacy. Want me to come here multiple times a day, how about a refund for gas.

How did this Walgreens pharmacy go from the best in town 2 or 3 year ago, to now the WORST in town. I used to recommend my friends and family to this location and now I tell them to steer clear of it. I've had it and I'm switching immediately to someone who cares.I am on very important, NON SKIPPABLE medication. Birth Control, a steroid inhaler for my sever asthma and a few others that are NEED TO HAVE meds. I share that information because it's things I have to take and I cannot be without, not even for a day. Even when I refill them 2 weeks in advance it gets screwed up. I normally have the medications delivered but for the last 3 months, when I pick the delivery option, it sits in "ready to ship" mode for 10 plus days until they cancel the entire order with no call, no email, and No explanation as to why I can't have my paid for medications. When I call the pharmacist he talks over me and gets kinda nasty and won't listen to me. He keeps saying "tell me what you need me to do" and I am. He just wont listen. They just recently tried to refill my Steroid Twisthaler inhaler medication that I had 60 refills on ( my doctor sees me on this forever) They filled all 60 inhalers at once for $17,000!!! Not to mention that they never have even 1 refill of this inhaler in stock, so how on earth was this overlooked? It's kind of laughable but kind of not.If you can't refill my medications in a timely manner and correctly, I'd rather be turned away. That's better then constantly needing to babysit and call in to keep track of things that your store should have down by now. You lost me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Get it together or limit the Rxs you can take on.Oh and get this *UPDATE* They just sent me home with the WRONG MEDICATION. So now I have to go in tomorrow to exchange it for the right one. Unbelievable.I found out later from my doctor that he filled NARCAN for me instead of Naltrexone. He should lose his job over it, which is why he called me 15 times to get it back before I could realise what it was. What a joke of a pharmacy.

Waited in drive through over 30 minutes, when it was my turn at the window they totally ignored me. Now 40 minutes later, still no service.. they just walk by without any acknowledgment at all. This is ridiculous. This is the 1st I have had to wait for over 30 in the drive through. Poor customer service

This used to be my default pharmacy. But now every time I go to fill my prescription, there is always some issue. I used to fill my prescription every 28 days, now it seems I am only able to fill every 30 days, which isn't a huge deal but now I don't have those extra buffer days in case of emergency. It also has begun taking a lot longer to get my medications filled when it used to just take an hour. I have had some days where I was stuck there all day, but couldn't leave without my medication.Additionally, if you do encounter an issue, the pharmacist will be exceptionally rude to you. He makes it seem like you are bothering him every time you speak to him, and will straight up hang up on you on the phone. The other staff at the pharmacy is great, but sadly every major issue has to go through this pharmacist it seems. Every month he ruins my day when I go to get my medication by being incredibly rude.I will probably switch to something a little closer to home.

45min wait after appointment for flu shot, extremely long wait for a prescription to be handed to me. Will never use them for flu shots ever again.

On Friday night July 1st, I arrived just after 9 pm to pick up some very special photo prints to display at my wedding and to give as gifts. When I got there I found the store closed early due to a staff shortage. A Walgreens staff member named LeeAnn was locking the door with a manager and I asked them to please allow me to pick up my photos because they were really important to me. LeeAnn graciously unlocked the door, reset the alarm and took me to the photo counter for my pictures. The entire encounter took about two minutes. But that two minutes of kindness made all the difference in the world to me. Thank you LeeAnn for saving the day!

Had a scheduled Covid test using the drive-thru and it's been a terrible experience. The intercom system they are using must be over 40 years old, it's near impossible to understand anything being said. The employee picks up an old telephone handset on the inside and all you hear is garble. It would have been clearer with two cans on a string. I had to have her repeat 3 times just to make out the word "receipt". It's 2021, spend some money and upgrade your intercom system. Now it's been 3 days later and I'm still waiting for my test results. I know several people that have been tested in the last couple weeks at different places and ALL of them have received results within 24 hours (for PCR, not rapid). Walgreens chat gave me the number of PWN Health to check on it. I called and all I got was a recording that says to wait 5 days before they will even check on it. I will NEVER use Walgreens again.

Twice my son scheduled an appointment for the COVID vaccine. Twice he arrived there and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to network issues. Felt sorry for people who needed to pick up a prescription. Network issues twice within a week? And they can't even keep their store open?? Don't schedule anything at the Queen Street Walgreens!
