The drive up ATM malfunctions and will eat your withdrawal. When you go into the branch they tell you it is 3rd party serviced and you can only call corporate and wait. Wells Fargo just quotes Regulation E of 10 business days and does nothing for the customer due to their malfunctioning ATM. Horrible customer service.

I've been banking with them since around 2016. I've never had any issues with them. Would recommend.
