I’m a big fan of bed side manner. That should follow every where in the hospital including the pharmacy. I had said if the meds are ready to be picked up right away yes the hospital can fill them. If it’s going to take longer I’ll call it in and grab it on my way home. I was told it would be ready. So I go to the pharmacy where JOCELYN meET me instantly with attitude. I had expressed what I said upstairs not surewhy I know have been waiting this long with a sick child that just wants to go home. There was no one else waiting. There was no reason she needed to be rude to me or make my child wait as long as she did. She purposely held us up bc I had expressed that I wasn’t happy with this. I’m sorry you don’t like dealing with the public but this is the job you’re picked.

There hours say 7:00 till 8:00pmThey most close when ever they feel like it. Was there at 7:45 they were closed already the hours should be 7:00 till ?

The automated system doesn't work properly and it also always takes forever to get refills on prescriptions. Sometimes I have to call the pharmacy to make sure they actually have the prescription ready since it usually takes up to two weeks for them to actually fill the prescription.

They are occasionally out of medication/do not stock certain medications. This pharmacy also tends to be very busy. They do offer seating in wait area. Pharmacy staff is usually very helpful. Jocelyn always has an attitude but shes a teen
