DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! There wipe vending machine took our money but did not dispense the product. It cost $3.50 to wash four interior car floor mats. Two of the four vacuums also took our money and did not work. We called the provided phone number. It rang off the hook and disconnected on it's own. I will continue to call them for a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I went to white dove car wash to use their vacuum and it ripped me off for bucs kept say and add more and up one work and there is no 1 around to get my money back would not use them again

Warning !!!!! Biggest rip off , i rinsed my car off using my credit card, machine said $5.00 checked my account was charged $ 20.00 oh and how convenient their phone number is no longer in use, I called the one in York and of course no answer , left message waiting for a return call if they don't rectify this situation I will be reporting them as a scam business!!! They wouldn't of even gotten a one star if I didn't have to select it first !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to wash my truck and I was almost done and the machine cut off, I had reached the limit. So I swiped my card again and finished rinsing my truck off. I went to press stop and it came up on the screen "machine will stop at $5.00" and I was only at $1. called the number and the guy said there should be a sticker there that says it's a $5 minimum and someone had to have taken it off. I then proceeded to look at all the other machines and not one had this sticker And I told the guy. He said to call the office and he was only the repair man. I asked for the office number and said I just want my money back and he hung up on me. called another white dove location and she said that all locations are individually owned and "couldn't remember her brothers phone number to give to me and she left her phone at home". bottom line, highly suggest EVERYONE stay away from these thieves businesses.

One star is being generous. The credit card option almost never works and neither do many of the setting on the self serve board. It doesn't seem like this car wash ever gets much attention. Very run down

Lost money in the vacuum/shampooer. Also put a dollar in the change machine and only got three quarters.
