It was a nice hotel. very large and spacious entrance, amazing pool with indoor courtyard, kind employees, and welcome letters at the check-in desk. However, I have some constructive criticism.1. Please put hand soap in the bathrooms. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, but no hand soap.2. The breakfast buffet was very limited by hotel standards. I'mnot going to request you get a waffle iron, but at least providecold cereal. I would hate to be vegetarian or vegan and stayovernight. Thankfully, there are lots of restaurants in thearea.3. It was nice that there is another door that leads from theguest rooms directly to the pool and courtyard, but the cardkey doesn't get you back into your room that way. Not knowingthat, I locked the guest room-to-hallway door from the insideand brought the card with me when I went to look at the pool; amaster key had to be used to let me into my room from theguest room-to-pool door. While I found the predicamentamusing, it begged a couple of questions: Why aren't theresigns that warn people that they can't get back into their roomsthrough the pool-to-guest room door? Why wasn't it at the veryleast mentioned on the Welcome Letter/Hotel Map? (BTW,copies of the letter/map can be found at the check-in desk). Itshouldn't be up to the check-in staff or a Google Review tomention that to guests. That being said, I'd still go back at least one more time. I got there too late to actually swim, the limited breakfast options were tasty (I mean, some hotels don't serve hot chocolate and this one did!), I'll pack hand soap next time, and I know not to try to go into my room directly from the pool. I'm a 3 strikes and you're out kind of girl.

We have been coming here every year for our motorcycle banquet. I want to give a huge shout out to Sarah at the front desk. Professional, friendly, patient and helpful are just a few words to describe her. She needs a raise and a vacation!Rooms: Very clean

We only stayed for three days, but enjoyed every single one of them! We stay to ourselves but what staff we did encounter were all friendly and helpful! Hot breakfast every morning and the receptionist was kind enough to give us a room right within the pool area for our kids to swim! Water was warm and clean and room was very comfortable. Gym was right down the hall , along with laundry (which was a little harder to find.) Hotel was close to restaurants and stores and was beautiful for the price we paid! We’ll definitely be staying here if we come through the area again!Food & drinks: Loved that they had both breakfast in the morning and a restaurant in the evening ! Very convenient!

Conveniently located to I-83 and Route 30, the Wyndham has had many owners over the years and I believe was a Sheraton when it opened in 1983 because that was the location of our wedding reception when it was still new. Although there clearly have been some major renovations over the ensuing decades, the view of my photo suggests that some other parts of the hotel, namely the rooms in which visitors stay and sleep, might be in need of some freshening up. Nothing appeared outright dirty, but a bit dated and worn. This hotel has a place in my heart for the reason stated above, but don't expect glitzy or glamorous.

Wife and I were very happy with how nice this motel was. The heated pool area was her favorite! When we checked in the parking lot seemed packed and they told us there were several events happening that weekend. Yet, it was still such a large place, it didn’t seem packed. The only thing I thought was lame was the breakfast selection. Very minimal and boring.

We stayed here three nights because of the convenient location for visiting family and because it is pet friendly. We had a nice room with a king bed on the second floor. Probably the only complaint would be that we never received clean wash cloths daily, we had to take them from housekeepers cart. We don't mind re-using towels but fresh wash cloths are a must. Part of this may be our fault due to leaving Do Not Disturb sign on the door while going for breakfast but we left our dog in the room and didn't want him to accidentally get out. Breakfast was good and hotel was clean. Plenty of area for dog walking if you have a pet. This was the first hotel we stayed at in a long time where the shower had consistent hot water with normal spray pattern and pressure. The tub drain worked perfect too which we normally find to be an issue at other chains. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

I was there for a conference. Prior to checking in I required assistance. Left messages and received no return calls. Desk staff were good at check in / check out but still couldn’t answer questions I had regarding room rates. Facility clean. Rooms clean. Staff very friendly. Management should empower desk staff to be able to file enquirers and fix if needed. Some staff did not look very professional - it reflects poorly. Food in restaurant was very good! Pool hours could have been extended.Rooms: Room was spacious and cleanWalkability: Close to some shopping and food.Food & drinks: Breakfast Room and restaurants had good food!!

The hotel lobby was clean, and the front desk staff were pleasant. The pool was pretty but had some weird nook that was poorly covered on the one side. Honestly, the Entire Hotel could use some updates. The continental breakfast was ok. The room itself was not bad, but the bathroom was not clean. The toilet had feces on the side of it. On the day we were leaving, we were hoping to sleep in a little while since we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. Check out wasn't until 11 a.m., but housekeeping woke us up at 8a.m. by banging on the door. It was not a great start to the day.

My fiancé and I stayed here through a wedding block and the hotel lost all of the wedding guests’ reservations. The woman working at the front desk during check-out was sweet and tried to be helpful, but the property manager was very unpleasant to put it kindly. If the hotel loses your reservation through a hotel block, don’t expect to pay the block rate you’re supposed to be getting. And if you think Wyndham Customer Care is going to be any help, don’t waste your time. Stay elsewhere if you’re able.

Great place to stay! The staff was AWESOME! The location is so convenient to EVERYTHING nearby and this made getting to and from things in town super easy. THE FOOD TRUCKS WERE AWESOME!!!! Will definitely stay here again and again.

Stayed here recently for a trade show. Check in took quite some time and we were told the king room we reserved wasn't available, and we did reserve directly through Wyndham not a third party site. The room was set to 60 degrees and was freezing when we got to it. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower made a horrible noise while you were using it. The breakfast didn't have many options like some other hotels offer. The rooms are decent but older. It was clean.

Clean and perfect for what we needed. We loved our stay! Pool area was nice too! Breakfast was really busy but the staff worked so hard to keep it stocked. If we ever return to the area we will certainly return.

Room was nice and clean. However the desk clerks were rude and clearly not happy about being there. Our commode was leaking and one of the clerks said you mean the toilet? I don't what a commode is. We are used to dealing with people in the south who are kind and friendly, not snarky and miserable people.

I have always stayed at the Wyndham garden in Shiloh for years. this time it is horrible , carpet is literally filthy, bathroom is half way clean, kids screaming for hours in the pool area who aren't even guests but still using the pool while paying guest are being rude to and pushed out of the pool by people that aren't even staying here. by the way there were about 20 people in one room and yes I saw them all jump in their car and leave after 9pm. I would suggest you get your crap together and fire the one that's allowing people to use the facility while paying guests have to pay the price for rudeness and crazy loud noise . never again !!!!!

I really don't like giving less than 5 stars, but the Wifi was hit and miss. And on the website they said the had an outside pool. That's why we booked the room. They need to update the website. I'm sure a lot of places forget to update their website. We still had a great time going to the Deirks Bently concert at the fair. I'll go back to Wyndham Garden again. Because it's only a place to stay at night. We almost never hang out in a hotel.
