Disappointed. I came in to check how to get service, but the guy asked me for stupid stuff including a rental lease proof! So I went to activate my service in White Marsh MD.It was better, I've got my service, but I've got pissed off after months of waiting for my promotions and wasting my time. They told me that my promotions were disqualifiedXfinity sucks

My boyfriend and I went here to get switched over to Xfinity Mobile and it was a breeze! We were able to keep my boyfriend’s phone and transfer his info over and I ended up getting a new iPhone because mine was still locked by my old carrier. Raven made it pretty quick and painless. I’m thankful to have made the switch to a greater company. Raven also told us what the promotion entailed and of all the other promotions they had going on at the time. 10/10 recommend coming to this Xfinity if you want to get great customer service and leave feeling happier. Everyone was working together and got a lot accomplished while we there too!Sam & Cora

Had an appointment for noon. Arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't seen until 12:20. Others who arrived after us were seen before us. We wanted to return a defective DVR cable box for a working one. Once seen, the exchange took about two minutes.

They are literally the WORST providers ever. Our internet went down, and since it was so hard to get to a live agent I went through chat. The rep tried to sell me on high internet speed. After I told him no and they couldn't fix my modem her told me they would send me a new one. He then tried to sneak in the new internet speed and increase our rates without me noticing. Luckily, I didn't click confirm and caught them scamming me. I CANNOT wait until another provider will be available in our area. Do NOT recommend unless you never want to be able to speak to a live agent and get scammed.The only positive from the entire experience is the rep I FINALLY talked to after an hour of trying to get in touch. She helped us get our issue resolved.

Would give a NEGATIVE-100% if possible... our monthly bill almost $300.00 a month and lags sooo bad and now over holidays just found out with their automated "apologies" we may be able to get our services back in a day or so.... SADDDD

This is the 3rd time I had been to the store for a problem. The problem remains unresolved. I have also spent many hours on the phone with Xfinity & was helped by only one gracious & professional lady, Tina, who works in security. She actually resolved the major part; my safety. I have been working on getting only one thing from them; WIFI...I have been trying to get this done since 8-1-23!

Went to this Xfinity a few weeks ago to get new iPhone 15s for my girlfriend and I. They told us about a promotion where we could trade in our old iPhones and receive credit and all we had to do was box the phones up for shipment and send them with the shipping label they provided us before the promotion ends. I followed their instructions and come to find out that the addresses on the labels were invalid and now I have to go to the post office to retrieve my phones and hand deliver them to the trade-in facility. I tried to ask for guidance/help at this xfinity store and they told me they couldn’t even honor the promotion even though this was their mistake. They tried to tell me it was USPS fault. But if you google the address on their label, it is not valid.

worst Internet service in the entire United States. Working from home is not an option if you have this Internet provider. Very unwilling to fix problems. Would rather you have switch companies, then stay with them and deal with your issue. Just Internet alone cost 100+ dollars a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

The WORST company EVER. If you want high bloop pressure & angina, this is the company for you!After shutting my daughter's phone off, because SOMEHOW they removed me as an authorized user- tho I opened the account- they would not let me make a payment, because I"am not an authorized user".They lost our account info completely.Entered our phone numbers- NOTHING.Entered our address- NOTHING...Entered email- NOTHING...After 2 days of calling and speaking to people in India, and getting nowhere, somehow a miracle occurred and I was able to log in and make a payment- I made sure to screen shot the confirmation, of course. They even emailed a confirmation to my husband. Turned on my daughters phone- only to have it turned off again 24 hours later, with NO RECORD of the payment having been made (tho it shows having been made in my online banking).Seriously, unless you want massive and frequent headaches- AVOID THIS COMPANY.Did I mention there is no local phone number either?

Don't come looking for a new phone! They told us they keep NO phones in stock and if you need a new phone, you will have to order and have it shipped to your house, and THEN activate it. Even prepaid services make it easy for you to get a new phone and get it working the same day. Not Xfinity.
