I visited the Zales store in the York Galleria mall. Flo was absolutely the best! Her knowledge and patience was by far the best customer service. I did not have my order number for the ring my husband purchased for my Christmas gift. She took the time to call and hold on while waiting for someone at the corporate office find the information. I do not see customer service like that much anymore.
