“I called O'Brien's about my mother's, who lives in the Warren PA area, vehicle after her usual mechanic stated she was getting a check engine code that related to a transmission issue. After speaking with Chad he recommended we have her car towed as a precaution. After his technician evaluated the vehicle he called and explained to me that it wasn't an internal transmission and recommended that we take to it to the local Buick dealer as the code indicate an electronic issue. I asked if it was drivable to that dealer and he said yes. As I live in Buffalo, NY I told him i would come pick it up later in the week on my day off. He said that's crazy to drive 5 to 6 hours round trip and he would have one of his guys get it to the dealer. Now that's what I call customer service!!!!!!! I would highly recommend O'Brien Transmission Service.”
