“Used U-Pack to move from Pennsylvanian to Arizona. The transport company on the Pennsylvania side provided me different information than the company on the Arizona side.Ex. I was told the ramp had to be in the trailer when it was picked up. On the Arizona side they said it is normal to not have the ramp fit in the trailer and they would simply pick it up later. In my case they dropped one off after the trailer arrived due to the load shifting and they could not fit it in. If you have to place the ramp in the trailer you will lose packing space.If you pack on your own or hire packers make sure you/they utilize the entire truck, pack it to the ceiling!The company overall did a great job, my trailer arrived early and we were happy with the cost and convenience.”
