“I had an AMAZING experience buying my new tires from Flynn Tires in North Huntington last month--Nov. 2023. I highly recommend this store. They will take excellent care of you. And I got the tires installed in under an hour.I have now bought 4 new tires from them twice: once in 2020, and again in 2023. I am now a loyal customer for life!!!The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And there were no high pressure sales tactics when I called to order the tires, which I greatly appreciated.The salesperson was more than happy to sell me the exact same type of tires I already had, however, I inquired about the next level up. I decided to upgrade to a tire with better traction for winter driving conditions.Because I bought my old tires from them, the salesperson had told me on the phone that they would pro-rate the old ones--and save me money on the new tires. I imagined that maybe I'd save $100 on 4 new tires. But I was wrong...They deducted $461 from the price of my 4 new tires!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. And then on top of that, I was eligible for a $100 rebate from Goodyear Tires, which arrived last week in the form of a Visa gift card.I saved a total of $561 on the cost of my new tires by going to Flynn Tires! Between the exquisite customer service, high-quality, name-brand tires, low-pressure sales, and the incredible savings, I am now hooked for life! I'll never get my tires from anywhere else. P.S. I just read some of the negative reviews about repairs. I can't address that issue because I have ONLY gone there for tires and not repairs. (I have my own trusted mechanic closer to my house.) Anyway, I'm really surprised to read those reviews because I have had nothing but great experiences with them.”

“I've use this company twice. Once for an antique car gas tank and the second time for an antique motorcycle gas tank. I was concerned for the motorcycle tank because of the tight fit and no ability for warpage. They listened to my concern and did minimal cutting and welding (which I'm sure took extra time and care). “My husband and I have a hard time finding a automotive garage that we feel we can trust and does not take advantage of us, financially, when we take our cars in with an "unknown" issue. Since we don't know much about fixing cars we have to trust the mechanic at his word. I believe it was a husband and wife, (maybe the owners) who both greeted us when we arrived. They were both very polite and pleasant to talk to. After explaining to the mechanic, the issues we were having with our "seasoned/older " vehicle, he took the time to go over several things that could be causing the issues and several different solutions, quoting a round about cost of each possible solution. After he checked our car, thoroughly, he told us that we didn't need any of the more expensive solutions he had previously mentioned but he could solve the problem for about $100. We were so grateful. This must have been the first time, we can recall, where we felt like the mechanic wasn't trying to send himself on a lavish vacation with the money from our shop bill. When our car was done, it ended up being slightly more than anticipated but with each step along the way the mechanic himself called us to go over any extra work, before doing it, and what it would cost, allowing us to choose if we wanted the work to be done or not. We have faithfully used this garage for years now for both of our vehicles and most of our childrens too. Now the lady we met, on our first visit, must have been the mechanic's wife ( I think ) because she would go over the bill with us and order the parts we needed sometimes, but I don't think she worked on the actual cars. What she did do, that really made our day, was send us a sort of news letter a few times per year that had all kinds of neat articles in it. We found ourselves looking forward to receiving the next newsletter because you just never knew what was going to be in it.... Anything and everything...from coupons for services to poems to tips to care for your car to silly jokes or recipes. We couldn't be more pleased with the services we have received over the years. We always felt blessed to have found this garage because it always felt like a very personal experience when we would go there, from the very first visit. We wouldn't want anyone else to work on our cars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic at very reasonable prices.”
