Owners of Lock Tight Storage are exceptionally professional and accommodating. They understand the hassle of moving and provide all the information needed to store extra belongings in a timely and efficient manner. Their friendly manners and kindness are a big plus.

Trusted, reliable, well maintained, easy access to a real person if you have any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend for your stage needs. My items were in storage for an extended amount of time and I was never worried about the security or safety. I wish every business was run as professional and caring as Lock Tight. Going to miss checking in with Kandace, she's truly a great person.

Not once since I have been with Lock Tight have I ever had a problem with any part of the process, in fact talking with Kandice over there for whatever reason I had was addressed right away because she was usually answering when I had called, or quick to respond to my message, which told me I was always going to get what is nearly instinct and that is real customer service. No B.S

I rented a storage unit from Lock Tight back in 2009 and the experience was 1st class. So naturally when we moved back to PA and needed a place to store our belongings until we find a house, Lock Tight was my first thought. The 10 X 20 unit we were assigned was spotless clean and the contactless renting procedure was easy and trouble free. Highly recommend Lock Tight.

Lock tight is definitely a great name for this facility as the gates are always in great working condition making you feel comfortable your belongings are safe and secure. All the units and RV parking are spaced out nicely not making it feel too tight. The owners are also very friendly and take great care of the property.

LTS is a clean and well-maintained facility with easy, convenient access and is reasonably priced. Their customer service is fabulous; the owner is accommodating and responds promptly to all inquiries I've had.

Kandice was very friendly and responsive in helping us find the space that fit our needs. Everything was handled remotely and was quite efficient. The facility was clean and seemed secure.
