The staff here are amazing, every one of them, especially Joel who has given me the most amazing service for all these years. I am so grateful for everyone's attentiveness, professionalism and kindness. I've never had an issue, they've gone above and beyond to help me when needed and I'm so grateful for this small independent pharmacy.
All you people giving negative reviews clearly do not understand that these people fill the scripts, they don't write them, stop being idiots. It's not their fault if your doctor writes you a different or wrong script, think before taking to Google to vent your frustrations on a small business that provides better service, pricing and quality then big name pharmacies. There's few of these places left anymore and they don't deserve half these negative reviews, do better.
It really makes a difference when you have a pharmacy that treats you like you matter and not just a number. Over the years I've been to plenty pharmacies, the big name chains could care less about you and are way overpriced. The staff here are always kind and welcoming, the pharmacist will always listen and answer any questions you have, like it should be. This is also the CHEAPEST pharmacy for medication you will find. My medicine elsewhere was QUADRUPLE, yes quadruple the cost it is here, this place saves me over $600 a MONTH!. I cannot praise this place enough, small hometown pharmacy with a diverse gift shop, large selection of medical supplies, local made chocolates, just a really cute store. Ditch the big name pharmacy, save yourself money and deal with a pharmacy with a hometown feel.”
“I do most of my family’s shopping at giant and absolutely LOVE their points for gas rewards. The prices here are fair for the area but then I’ll get anywhere from $.50-$1.50 off PER GALLON of gas depending on how many rewards I’ve racked up. That is such a huge bonus given the prices of gas! There’s usually no big lines waiting for a pump and someone in the booth to help if necessary.”
“Clean, well stocked, generally nice staff. Has everything you might need when food shopping from deli, bakery, butchery, seafood, produce and household items. Not always the cheapest game in town, but always one of the most proficient at being a a really good supermarket.”
“Rann Pharmacy in Harleysville, PA, is absolutely the cutest pharmacy in America! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Beyond prescriptions, they have a wonderful and decadent selection of gifts—perfect for treating yourself or someone special. I love that it’s a family-owned business with well-priced items, ample parking, and open 7 days a week—how incredible is that? Shopping here is an easy way to support local, and I can’t recommend it enough!”

“Hands down best pharmacy around! Jeremy and Krish are friendly and helpful. Krish Patel spent so much time explaining the differences in HRT and helped troubleshoot some user issues I was dealing with. They text you to remind you to refill and text when it’s ready. Both Jeremy and Krish helped me get my meds in the most cost effective way. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore but I’m glad I found it here.”

“Collegeville Pharmacy is the quintessential, Hometown, Mom and Pop Pharmacy that cares about their patients and goes the extra mile. I am so tired of Cvs, Walgreens, and all of the corporate owned pharmacies that don't care about their patients and are using AI messages that cycle through annoying nonsense, trying to understand me when I call. So happy I found Collegeville Pharmacy. I just wish I had found them years ago. It would've saved me a lot of frustration with the CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. The pharmacist answers the phone herself and consults me through how to make sure my mom gets everything she needs and they even deliver for free (and my mom was tickled pink with the cute little Welcome gift bag). As a healthcare professional myself, I absolutely recommend Collegeville Pharmacy for anyone who wants personal care and seamless service.”

“A few days ago I had the pleasure of having Susan and Lori at this location not only help me but go above and beyond in getting me what I needed. My doctor called the script into the wrong location. Without hesitation or issue, they called and had it transferred for me! When it was ready, Lori was so kind in getting me checked out. Not only that but the pharmacist Susan was the nicest, kindest, knowledgeable, most patient pharmacist I swear I have ever worked with. She helped me determine the best time of day to take these short term meds, for my body and the least amount of side effects, amazing!
Not only that, but before they opened I heard her telling her staff how much she appreciates them and the work they do!! Seriously - this is how it should be. What an amazing & pleasant experience. Thank you so much Susan & Lori.”
