“Staples is hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. The store is always incredibly clean and well organized, which makes everything so easy to find and shop for. But what really sets this location apart is the staff—they are absolutely on it. Whether you’re mailing a package, returning an Amazon item, or asking for help with a product, the team is consistently helpful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell right away that management is doing something right because the staff reflects that level of excellence.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Tom, the manager, who took the time to teach me about price matching. Thanks to him, Staples matched an Amazon price for me, saving me $10 and allowing me to complete my $100 purchase right there in-store. I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. While I love Amazon too, there’s something special about having a reliable store like Staples—especially one with such amazing staff. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!”

“I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name. But the lady working the counter at 8:30am in Gilbertsville this morning was awesome!!! I didn't understand the kiosk thing cause I still had to close my packages. I waited in line patiently, went up to her with my laundry basket full of returns. She was super helpful, showing me how to use the clear tracking paper envelopes and closing everything up. Very pleasant the whole time. I must say it was cold in there though! She said her heater wasn't working properly. And, 1 of the kiosks was down too. Its really hard to get your fingers to do what they are supposed to when they are very cold. I really hope someone is able to fix the heat for her soon!”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”
