The hours posted said that they open at 8 am. I had a letter that needed to get postage put on it and mailed immediately, to the point that I had to do it before I went to work. Waited outside the door until 8:10am. Nobody showed up. Not even anyone prepping to open. I guess next time I need efficiency I'll have to drive into town.
