I had requested all information about my child as I have 50/50 custody of my child. They daycare refuses to give me the information I need. I requested a copy of drop offs and pick up but they only gave me my half not the other parents as th child's father and have 50/50 I am entitled to all information about my child witch all kids learning is the with holding from me I will be calling CBC and posted this all over the Internet that they are favoring and protecting the other parent as one of the workers is friends with the other parent. I have had enough of all kids learning with Holding information about my daughter
Update. I have now had to pull my daughter from all kids learning on my time with her the staff is under trained and released my information more then once to the other party witch I was told it is illegal to do so by the daycare and child and education. but refuse to give me the other parents information so now I have to take legal action, the most I got was an apology for their incompetents this has been going on for months as the other party gets texts from the daycare on my time after them knowing the court ordered schedule and when the times she is with me or the other party. I have requested letters of anytime our child was dropped off late in the day as this was a pre k program I never received anything. But they gave the other party a letter stating I forgot the child's epi pen only twice then dropped it off 20 minutes later, then continue to tell me and the other party used in court that if the epi pen was forgotten she would have to go home. Then I called and there was no such policy and they claimed they were adding it to their handbook, they singled me out and my child because if a epi pen is policy so is medication. it was used in court against me one staff member was protecting the other parent and giving me nothing as they released my information to the party. Legal action is and will be taking place against all kids learning. I do not recommend all kids learning if a current staff member is still there all other staff are great but unfortunately this person I speak of they work under this person

Wonderful day care! My child was upset when the school year ended. The most caring, kind and very professional teachers. Thank you very much for an easy and enjoyable school year.
