As far as we are concerned the sales department, as well as the service department go above and beyond to make you happy. They are all sales people but not pushy in my opinion. So thank you for that.
We had a small issue after we took ownership of the vehicle. I contacted the service department and they had us in there the next day and fixed the problem.
Overall we are extremely happy with our Mitsubishi Outlander SEL.

The only thing I would suggest is if you have an issue with your vehicle. You may want to just to ask the call center to get the service department to call you directly. In my case it was easier to speak with the service department. As they understood the issue and got me in very quickly.
I would definitely recommend Charlottetown Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I most definitely would recommend the Outlander.”

“My wife and I were on vacation driving from Manitoba to the east coast. We developed a large fuel leak in our older class c motorhome. I called Capital Auto Supply and they were able to get our fuel pump in the next day. Not only did they get us the part, but the very kind gentleman who helped us even went out of his way to call a mechanic friend who ended up driving out to our campsite to replace the fuel pump (along with some other minor repairs). Without the help of these good folks, we would have been stuck for days…if not longer. We can’t thank Capital Auto Supply (and Ted) enough for the support and kindness they showed us when we were in this difficult situation.”
