As you can imagine how busy they were with the repairs post hurricane there was an expected wait, however I was kept up to date with extremely high professionalism by Steve their Manager.I received my car back and it looked like a new car! I only ever have to pay what they feel is necessary and it's always and I mean always affordable.
I send everyone there and tell them don't even ask or price shop. No one does a more affordable practical repair. They don't replace unless they have to.
Blindly trust them because they are truely honest and kind.

“I was on vacation from Washington state. Was driving along and my transmission went out in front of there shop. I walked up and talked to the guy at the desk. He had one of the help tow it to the shop. This is Monday afternoon. He made some couldn't get new so found a used transmission. Gave a price and had me back on the road on Friday. A little under what he quoted. Sorry I can't remember names of all that helped but they were all fantastic ?”
“Charles was able to schedule me in when it worked best for me and found the solution to my radio problem and fixed it promptly, saving me from getting a whole new radio installed in my car. The office is very responsive and easy to communicate with.”

“Josh was amazing today! My son & his girlfriend were leaving this morning to drive to North Sydney for to get the ferry to move back home to Newfoundland. My son's girlfriend's car got really loud and was knocking noise. I called and explained the situation to Josh and he said have the car towed here and we will look at it right away. They checked it out and said it was good to good. They hit the road and got to the ferry 1/2 before departure. This momma is beyond grateful to the entire team at Dave's Electric Auto. I definitely recommend them!”
“My husband and I purchased our new Mitsubishi Outlander SEL in September 2025.
Alex was our salesperson he was wonderful. We told him what we were looking for and he drove out with our new vehicle.
OneDrive and we were hooked. We love our 2025 Outlander SEL.
As far as we are concerned the sales department, as well as the service department go above and beyond to make you happy. They are all sales people but not pushy in my opinion. So thank you for that.
We had a small issue after we took ownership of the vehicle. I contacted the service department and they had us in there the next day and fixed the problem.
Overall we are extremely happy with our Mitsubishi Outlander SEL.

The only thing I would suggest is if you have an issue with your vehicle. You may want to just to ask the call center to get the service department to call you directly. In my case it was easier to speak with the service department. As they understood the issue and got me in very quickly.
I would definitely recommend Charlottetown Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I most definitely would recommend the Outlander.”

I asked if he could fit me in considering we were on vacation and had to get to places on our itinerary. Despite having a full day booked John managed to fit me in to repair the tire within an hour. “I recently took my two vehicles into Peter MacNeil Automotive for the first time to have vehicle inspections done. What initially drew me to them was that they have a team of 5 Red Seal licensed automotive technicians. However, it is their incredible customer service, great communication, quality work, and reasonable pricing that will bring me back! You can tell that they take a lot of pride in providing excellent service from the front desk staff right through to the mechanics. While I mostly spoke with Andrew, both he and Sarah, at the front desk, were incredibly helpful/responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole process. All of my concerns were answered and I felt as though I was a valued customer. Thanks to all the wonderful employees who work there! I’m glad to have found a shop that does such great work and will definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on when they need any service or repairs in the future!”
