“My husband and I just returned from an amazing four night/five day tip to tip on hybrid bikes! It was amazing! The weather was around 30 degrees so we were happy we had two water bottles each which we refilled whenever we had a chance! The biking experience was well planned by Brett with awesome suggestions, the app was great, accommodations fantastic, and our driver Kevin who dropped us off at North Cape, moved our luggage and picked us up at East Point was so knowledgable and accommodating! Will absolutely recommend! If we did this again, we would stay two night's at St. Peters Bay so that we could bike to Greenwich Beach as we were pretty tired after the day but we did drive back that evening and had an amazing dinner, walk and sunset views! Thank you!”

I wrote the review you see below a few years ago and meant every single syllable. The story just gets better. I've come to know Danny, his family and co-workers. What a wonderful lot they are!

I now live in Halifax and miss this cycling store so much. Every time I go back to the island I make sure to visit them to buy, buy odds and ends for our bikes.

A great place to buy, try and peruse bicycles and cycling equipment. Danny and Ryan are collectively, a wealth of knowledge and both will bend over backwards to help and please their customers. Trouble with merchandise is no problem either; I have been going to MacQueens for many years and occasionally have had to return merchandise for one reason or another. Danny just smiles and makes the swap or return with no hassle at all. His team of mechanic and assistants are like minded. Indeed, MacQueens is one of the best cycling shops I have ever been to and I have cycled all over the world. Finally , I am not a family member and don't have shares in the the business!”
