“We had the pleasure of booking a car with Bilal at this location. We had originally booked with Thrifty and when I got there they claimed my active reservation had been canceled. Which it had not been by me. They also had oversold their cars (more bookings than cars). We went to enterprise desperately and they were super accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. They seemed to care, when Thrifty did not.”

I made the reservation incorrectly and was contacted by budget and they arranged to open early to meet us. This act of compassion really eased the stress of an already stressful situation.”

“I met Tolga when I arrived at the office to collect my car.We had such a lovely conversation.The car was prepared(washed & vacuumed) and waiting outside for me.
