The service was excellent. She was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My expectations were exceeded. The service was quick with no issues. “Great car rental service. Our vehicle was spotless and just as described. The desk attendant was very nice and polite. I recommend going right to the car rental counter before luggage as there is only one person working and if there is a line you might end up waiting 30+ minutes for your car.”

“Lucy from this location really helped us out when we noticed a tire defect in our rental. We weren't sure about just driving up to the Budget desk since we had rented out of another location but Lucy was efficient and enabled us to drive out with a new car within the hour. Kudos!”

I own a 2017 Toyota 86 (it's my baby) and they treated it with care on two separate occasions. My girlfriend's brand-new Corolla Cross got rear-ended by an 18 wheeler causing $20,000.00 in damage, and you can't even tell it was fixed now.”
“During check-in, Kiran was absolutely wonderful...so kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of my many questions. Kayla was also incredibly helpful, assisting us with extending our rental and graciously allowing us to return the car all the way to Toronto after our Air Canada flight was canceled due to the strike. With flights home impossible to secure, driving 18+ hours wasn’t exactly ideal, but we were so grateful to have this option. Thank you, Kiran and Kayla, for turning a stressful situation into a much more positive experience, even with the extra night in YYG.”
