“I had an exceptional experience with Jean-Paul Codja at Enterprise/National Car Rental at YYG Airport. Our flight to Charlottetown was delayed twice, what was supposed to be a midnight arrival turned into 2:30 AM. Since all car rental counters close at 1:00 AM, I had already assumed we’d need to take a taxi to our hotel.
To my surprise, the car rental agent Jean-Paul Codja went above and beyond and stayed late just to make sure we were taken care of. After a long and exhausting travel day, seeing him there waiting for us at 2:30 AM was incredibly reassuring. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference.
Thanks to him, we could start our fishing trip smoothly without any added stress. This level of customer service is rare, and I’m genuinely grateful.

“Dropped off at Charlottetown after an East Coast trip starting in Halifax, summer of 2025. The experience was good and as always as a National Emerald Club member everything went smoothly. We were upgraded from an Intermediate to a Elite Compact SUV (Mercedes Benz GLA250) at Halifax Airport during pickup. “Kayla Walsh (operations manager) was absolutely FANTASTIC! Her personality and helpful nature was highly noted. She first welcomed us to Prince Edward Island and clearly explained the important details of the car rental procedure. She gave me her business card in case I needed to contact her for anything during our weekly stay. She added my wife to the rental agreement (so my wife can drive) and waived the fee as a courtesy and friendly gesture. We appreciated that kind of excellent service and exceptional human nature from Kayla as we did a lot of driving during the week. Having my wife as a second driver made our driving experience more manageable and enjoyable and we thank Kayla for her kindness in doing so! It was a true honour to have met and dealt with Kayla!
