Usually a fairly long wait for a teller. It's not uncommon to have only one on, and if you need something that isn't at hand - they can't serve you at all as they can't leave their wicket.Recently severely reduced the hours accessible to their ATMs from 24 hours (see pic).

If there are zero points, I would give them zero points. One of the staff was rude, my calls were never answered
