The Guild is a cute place to be if you want to see an intimate performance of local artists. We went to see the Ross Family Ceilidh. The good: Comfy theatre that holds about 50 to 60 seats. Intimate experience. There is an exposition area while you wait for the doors to open. This is also where you get your beverages. The bad: Seats are not that comfy. You are sitting close to other people, almost touching. People who arrive late ruins the experience. Drinks downstairs is far from theatre itself. The theatre is cute and intimate, but the seats are not that comfortable and you easily hear people talk. Not my favourite venue.

The Ross Family Ceilidh is great but since the show is also at Clinton Hills, I'd choose that venue next time. It is a much better venue (seats are better) and the sound at The Guild never got fixed throughout the whole show.

The Art Gallery is entrance by donation and it changes every few weeks. There's always a show being performed in the theatre.
