They've got an extensive section of cookware, but I was sad not being able to find a piping set. Otherwise though, they've got so much cool stuff!

Store has lots of options, but I found it was crowded and hard to locate certain items. Thankfully a staff member,Dean?, was super helpful and led the way to the items I was looking for. Great service from him.

Refuse to refund or give a discount for a soap bottle with a faulty cap. Insist the customer to return the entire bottle, despite understand customer's difficulty to return a bottle full of sticky soap inside. Failure to provide convenience to customer when it is the only value of a brick and mortar shop can offer. Their faith will be the same as Bed Bath & Beyond.

Had the most horribe customer service since I came to PEI. When I finished purchasing all the stuffs I bought at Home Sense and was ready to go, there was a senior cashier coming and asked me three time if I hidden anything in my shopping bag. Until I opened my bag and showed her my CDs(which none of the stuffs in my bag sold in HomeSense), she just let me go without any apologies. As the only Asian lady in the store at that moment, I was the only one who was asked to open my shopping bag and treated as a theft instead of a customer. There could be racist tendencies because of totally different customer service. (PS. I wasn't asked to open my shopping bag when I brought the whole bag of stuffs shopping at any other store the same day).

Amazingly beautiful and unique items and products! Some prices are reasonable and affordable, wonderful, accommodating and very helpful staff! Highly recommended!
