The store has a great variety at reasonable prices, retail staff very pleasant, however the home health care department could use some training in customer service. The woman in charge of this department is very biased, i felt very demeaned walking out of there. I will never step foot in the store again on account of the service i recieved from her.

In general they aren't very organized. When a patient asks for a refill and the first response is "it'll be 3 hours" and then quickly switches to "it'll be 30 minutes" Anyway, we get there around 45 minutes later. We are then told the script would take another 30.So since we have refills and it's only a month supply. I ask them to count the 30 pills so we can leave. There's 5 of then standing around doing nothing. I get a "we are backed up response" I call another pharmacy and had the script filled in 15 mins. Lost a patient.

I suffer from anxiety and tried to get my prescription refill as I moved from Trois-Rivières. At first there was a mixup because of a shift change. Actually Maria saved the Day realizing I only brought the wrong perception. My fault. Hope her boss reads this as it was busy and she made calls to Trois-Rivières and has it ready in 15 minutes. Thanks again Maria!!

Best pharmacy in Charlottetown ( in my opinion) medications are automatically filled on date they are due,ready upon arrival,friendliest staff ever!! Very personalized experience, both technicians and pharmacists are friendly, helpful, informative and always pleasant with a smile. Not 1 single issue or even glitch I can think of in the 6 years I've been using this pharmacy. Thanks Girls????
