We had excellent customer service here! That staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We’ve used M &M furniture a couple
times now. One order was placed from a different province and because of Betty’s help everything was perfect.
The warehouse mgr was also tremendous help!

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and M & M turned out to be our first (and essentially) only stop on our search.
Very courteous and professional service from Scott but without the salesperson feel of "I am just here to sell you something." Our questions were answered professionally but yet had an honesty to them that made him seem authentic to us. A very traditional PEI sales experience, unlike a visit to a shiny national chain store.
Our new Tempur-Pedic is scheduled for delivery in just a few days.

I ordered bunk beds and mattresses back in January. M&M stored them while I payed on them for 7 months.
M&M is delivering them this Wednesday, they will put them together for me, and haul away the old mattresses.
It's amazing to find this kind of service in this day and age!!!

Very professional and speedy service, prompt replies to emails, greeted nicely when shopping in person. Frank assisted in replacing our cushion fills on our well used five year old sofa without a hitch. Highly recommended!

I bought a wonderful lounge chair a few months ago and I am in love with it. Great service and delivery. It had to go up in an attic and the delivery guys were able to transport the heavy chair into my attic for me. And they gave a great discount on the chair! Most comfortable chair I've ever owned!!!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when we were shopping for a new mattress. The customer service and support after our purchase were outstanding. They went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied, a rare thing to find in retailers these days!

Beautiful and wonderful. Please review your prices, as they are high compared to the prices of other exhibitions. Thank you everyone......I am sorry, with all due respect to you, but when we took a bed from you, you told us that transportation was $75. Is it reasonable that he was not aware of that?
