University Plaza, 449 University Avenue Suite 4A, CharlottetownI was on the hunt yesterday to purchase a camera to watch my dog at home while he recovers from surgery, as I was due back to work. I had purchased one online from Pet Valu in Stratford, however, upon checking with the store, they didn’t actually have it in stock. I then called Charlottetown despite seeing that they didn’t have any in stock online. The employee let me know that they didn’t currently have one, but were expecting one in their order later that day. She told me I’d be contacted when it arrived. Due to the time that I had to be at work, I purchased a camera elsewhere but it was a tough decision as my interaction with this staff person was so positive that I wanted them to have my business! I forgot to update the store and later missed the call from another employee who left me a voicemail letting me know the item was in. This morning, the store called back to ensure I knew the camera was there, which is when I updated them that I went elsewhere SOLELY due to the time that I had needed it by - which was no fault of the store. The employee was kind, understanding, and I honestly may still purchase this camera (Instachew 360) in the future. Regardless, I recommend this location 100%. 3 different staff members all tried their best to ensure my needs were met!

950 Lower Malpeque Rd, CharlottetownMy 1st visit I brought my 2 senior shihtzu dogs who are 17.7 yrs old and 15.9 months old to get examined and bloodwork done a few weeks ago to see if they were able to get dental work as both had dental disease but oldest was worse and was getting infections in his face(sinus). With their age and issues with kidneys and liver, I was very stressed to have them under anesthesia but it had to be done. I was assured that surgery was doable but both need to have IV. I booked both and still feeling very nervous the dogs came through amazingly well especially oldest as he had to get his last 5 teeth pulled. The staff were amazing. Myself and my boys were treated so well and I walked away feeling so blessed and grateful. I highly recommend this clinic not only for the staff who are so friendly, compassionate and professional but I was pleasantly surprised at my bill which is a huge plus these days. Thank you for taking such good care of my boys!
May 13th---had to bring Chase back for recheck on his mouth which Dr Andrew Thompson explained what was happening and what i could do to ensure he would be fine without surgery...he will be 18 July 9th so I was happy he didn't have to go through that! Thank you Arlene

My son got the fried chicken, I had the fish and chips, my husband had the cheeseburger platter and it was all amazing! My son said we need to stop there for lunch tomorrow cuz it was the best meal he ever had. They definitely take pride in quality. Chicken pieces were huge, fish was fresh and burger was made from scratch. Beer served in a frosted mug. Very friendly wait staff! Made our vacation that much more awesome.
