About Princess Auto
Princess Auto is a Canadian-owned business with over 3,400 team members and 51 stores across the country, along with a national call center and online store. They serve tradespeople, farmers, inventors, and industrial workers by offering a wide range of tools and equipment at great prices. The stores have recently expanded, making the layout better, with items easier to find. Customers appreciate the clean stores and friendly staff who help locate products, even when items are not in their usual spots. The store's selection of tools is excellent, with some unique and interesting gifts in the surplus area, often at prices lower than competitors. Prices are generally reasonable and sometimes cheaper than other stores like CT, especially when items are on sale elsewhere. While the prices are unbeatable, some customers mention limited staff, which can make finding help challenging. Overall, the improved store space, friendly service, and good product variety make shopping at Princess Auto a positive experience.
