The lady at the counter, was lovely and very helpful with my package.

Drivers need to be taught to go to back doors as most times the front is only accessed by tenants. Common sense if you can't buzz the tenant you're obviously at the wrong door. I don't appreciate spending my gas to go to the warehouse because a driver was too worried about timelines.
