Best costumer service, best products! They were a huge help for my small business. Get their business account! There isn't one better. I researched TD and Scotiabank. RBC's business account cost-benefit ratio is undeniably the best. And they don't keep you in hold for 1 hour on the phone. Excellent caring team of people.

I don't have an issue with staff per say but am frustrated that you can't call the branch (here or on Queen St) directly. The local number is just forwarded to the toll free number - if I wanted that, I'd call it! It's frustrating and lazy - poor customer service.

This branch and its employees are a disgrace to the RBC brand. I have come into this branch numerous times and spoke with several people in-person and over the phone, yet they seem unable to solve anything. If RBC wishes to keep its reputation, I highly suggest that an upper-management look into this because 90% of the people working in this branch are unqualified--and some are barely able to communicate properly either--and dismiss greeting or respecting customers.Who is running this branch? I would really like to know...

Management should be replaced!!!Bank was charging me fees for services not provided, like image cheques while I've never have had any cheque whatsoever with them. I asked the teller the age to be considered a senior, he didn't know ("60 or 65 I think" he told me), I then asked him why I've been charge monthly fees and he told me because I don't have a senior's account. Then I asked him why not if they have my birthday on file, he couldn't answer. Then I requested to change my account type with he did without providing any confirmation whatsoever. Today I checked my account and I see eight (8) charges!!! Now I have to go to the bank again!!! and I'm a senior!!! for good sake! I do businesses also with CIBC, with BMO and with ScotiaBank. RBC bank service is terrible horrible!, the worst banking service in town!!!

I have been with RBC since I was 17 purchasing my first car ... Now 63 ...I have delt with many of the RBC branches over the years .... in different parts of the country ... and I must say the service at this branch is terrible . The tellers are great but staff looking after clients accounts on a person to person is terrible ! no follow up after leaving many messages .... Its so bad im thinking of switching banks ....

Very poor service! I was there around 4:35 for having the statements with stamps and account portfolio. Old lady charged me 20$ as service fee and didn't provide a service. she was in rush to get me out, in that rush, she missed to stamp some of the pages of the statements. I never had this kind of service before from RBC but today it is really bad and it make me to come back to the bank tomorrow again to get all pages stamped.
