They never have enough tellers on. Mid afternoon its atleast an half hr wait. I had the account since i was a kid. The steps to take ownership from my mother there is too many steps. I now only have the account for the scene points. Which now its not really worth it. Choose another bank

Very rude. The elderly woman was very rude to me when I came in looks ng for change rolls for my business. I will not go to this location again.

The only bank in Charlottetown that would exchange American money to Canadian for us. Every other bank demanded that we have an account! The exchange rate is good for us right now, so using our American cash at parity has us losing 25%. We appreciate the help, Scotiabank!

I've been going to this bank for about a decade now. It has never disappointed me tremendously, more often than not I've gotten the right amount of assistance I needed. I got help setting up a Momentum Plus Savings account with no problem.Though, that being said, there are some gripes I do have. My card kept randomly declining one day so I took it in to ask what was wrong with it and some woman at the desk just went "Uhh... okay?" (she was probably new there) and it took her a while to start taking me seriously. A second time this has happened they replaced my card and ended up revoking all of my permissions to use "tap".Otherwise I am overall quite content this bank but those little things give me some trust issues with them.

Having a terrible experience with Scotiabank right now.They were to issue a new debit card with same number on it ( for my convenience ) that was supposed to arrive to my address by mail in 5 days. I assumed they meant business days but it is now over that and I still haven't recieved it. A person doesn't only use their debit card on business days.I have tried calling and no person has responded yet after waiting up to 35 min on hold.I can't even access my account as I need to " refresh " using my card!!!This is exasperating. I am so disappointed in the service.Getting parking anywhere near my bank during banking hours, as it is in center of town, is impossible.So frustrated. They say TD is good, may have to go there and start new.

Not responsible bank with no ethics.Also, their telelphone customer care department agents are mostly from Mexico.
