We had our split queen delivered and setup today by two young men from Moncton. They did an excellent job and were very quick, tidy and personable. Bed looks great, think we will be very happy with it. The staff in store were very helpful and treated us fairly. Excellent!

Sleep Country has many mattresses and enough specials to create value. The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly.

Don't buy online, go to a store. Nice humans trying to be helpful at the store. Useless ecommerce systems and process online. Order hasn't even been picked up today, despite online saying it was shipped and fulfilled today. Remote chance that will happen today considering the distance from the out-of-province warehouse to me. It would have been easier to visit the store 10 blocks away, where I thought it made sense for the online order to ship from, but apparently not. Ecom call centre and shipper all referring back to the systems, which know nothing. It's the same company but you are running a really bad, separate business in competition with, and under the same brand as, the stores. So PLEASE don't reply with the template asking me to contact customer service.

I ordered a mattress and bed frame on sleep country online. I spent almost 2k I called the local store, as I was hoping to have help putting my frame together. (I’d obviously be willing to pay) I told them I just had major surgery, and I was looking for some assistance. I was told by the man over the phone, that they “don’t do that, unless you buy directly from the store” made absolutely no sense as sleep country is sleep country? Shouldn’t matter where you buy. They were still getting my business and money! I did contact customer service yesterday, as we were missing parts and the side rail that hooks into the frame was bent and damaged. The person we spoke by the name of “Jay” was very unprofessional and showed little to no empathy for my situation. I had two major surgeries and needed my new bed put together ASAP. I’m a single mom so this purchase was huge for me as the bed frame alone, was $1000! I have a friend that’s a carpenter so he made the piece I needed, out of the kindness of his heart. We asked to speak to a supervisor and we’re refused! Horrible experience and will not be buying from Sleep Country in the future!

If i could I would give a 0 to this store, very bad experience with a mattress I purchased from Sleep Country in CharlottetownAfter having mattress 7 months I would wake to be falling off side of mattress onto floor as sides were collapsing .I contacted Sleep Country and was treated very rudely by one Salesperson so I contacted head office and sent pictures and description and measurements and it was a waste of time I am stuck with a 7 month old mattress that I feel should have been replaced.Will definitely never purchase from here again

We knew what mattress we wanted and when we went to the store we received assistance immediately as well as a fantastic sale price. When it was time to arrange delivery everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this location.

Good selection but quite expensive. They kept saying "we aren't selling you a mattress we are selling you a good night's sleep." That's fine and well but they actually ARE selling mattresses!
