Sales person was excellent. We had an issue when delivered with missing parts. The Brick was very helpful is getting us a replacement sofa. Would recommend The Brick.

Bought a reclining couch which broke within 2 weeks. The extended warranty I was sold I am now told is not handled in store. Will not be a repeat customer. Do not recommend.

Great experience. I bought a bed 4 months ago and wasn't happy with the comfort and they did an exchange with a full refund of the first one and even waived the delivery fee for the new one.
