Winners is a large store in Charlottetown's Royalty Crossing mall. It offers a great variety of different products, including hair and soap products, handbags, shoes, and a men's section. The stock changes frequently with items from different brands. It has competitive and fairly good discount prices, with great deals for the price savvy. This very busy and fun store is one of the only worthwhile in the mall, though sometimes there is a wait in line. An expansion is reportedly coming.
Great spot to buy clothes. The men's area desperately needs to expand.

If you've been to 1 Winners you have been to them all. This one was very clean, and tidy, maybe better than most. So I guess I lied in my opening statement.

Great deals if you can find them. We buy all of our hair and soap product here because they have real soap and salon grade shampoos.
