The worst pharmacy on pei. The people working the pharmacy can't get their stuff together. We have been putting up with them for over a year now since they are local, but every time we get our meds they mess up the billing and never have our meds ready to go. I wish they could do better but they simply can't.

Dropped our prescriptions off as soon as the pharmacy opened and told to come back in an hour.. 3 hours later ans they were still not filled.
Takes longer at the pharmacy than it did to sit at the clinic.
Horrible service, if I could rate them a 0 I would

It is a nice location with a lot of parking, and often not too busy. However, the dispensary is another story entirely... The lack of employees makes it almost impossible to send in your prescription and pick it up the same day or the next. They often forget to fill prescriptions, they often claim they haven't received any fax from the doctor, or simply just missed it and have to go back to locate it using the time and day it was sent, and this severely inconveniences many patients.
Additionally, you can't get a hold of the dispensary over the phone at times, which further inconveniences us by not being able to determine when we should come by to grab our prescriptions. The wait isn't an issue. It's just the inconsistencies and the inability to receive and prepare prescriptions in a timely manner. I'll gladly wait if the service is good.
The employees have always been friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable, which I appreciate.
Overall, this place requires much more attention in order to thrive. Until then, I'll be switching my pharmacy and moving onto Shoppers.

Have frequented Murphy's since moving to Cornwall. Front and pharmacy staff have always been helpful and pleasant, seeking answers to questions, etc. Pharmacists always provide good information, if needed, in easy to understand terms when new medications are prescribed. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's not a bad thing...it means that others want to use this pharmacy, too!

Very clean organized little pharmacy. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I’ve had one on one with one of pharmacists there to review medications and she was wonderful and very help full. As always pharmacy’s are extremely busy so patience is the key. 🐾🐾

Told us prescription would be in Monday, showed up and wasn’t there. No communication. Then told us Thursday, showed up wasn’t there. No communication. Told us Saturday, showed up wasn’t there. Now won’t be there until Monday? Unprofessional and lazy.

Needed help with the purchase i made where i was overcharged the sale price and instead charged full price ~ i called back the store because I don't live in Cornwall I spoke with the girl that actually rang me in and she said she would make it right or fix it up and I've never heard back from them she took my information and nobody called me back so not impressed Kathy Walsh
