“I suffer from anxiety and tried to get my prescription refill as I moved from Trois-Rivières. At first there was a mixup because of a shift change. Actually Maria saved the Day realizing I only brought the wrong perception. My fault. Hope her boss reads this as it was busy and she made calls to Trois-Rivières and has it ready in 15 minutes. “Been coming here a long time. 15+ years. Definitely gone down hill some since Rob sold it. Anyways, I’m there weekly for meds. Everything is fine but besides of lately ( I won’t name drop who) but my daughter and wife who is a RN went in to get some meds from the pharmacist due to a Thrush infection they’ve been dealing with and not wanting to go to doctor to save time and precious resources. She was told she still has to been seen by another RN or doctor…. Okay. Seems dumb. Go to Lawtons across the street right after and they bend over backwards to help out and get a proper medication prescribed. I still gave a 4 star review because one bad pharmacist shouldn’t ruin it for everyone else. Do better. Dont be lazy. Took them 15 mins at Lawton's to get us in and out.”
“Just want to say what an exceptional employee Dana is. I live in Stratford but always go to Shoppers in Charlottetown because of Dana. I don’t know her personally just from meeting her at Shoppers.. She is Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and kind. She listens to you and always has good information.

“Have frequented Murphy's since moving to Cornwall. Front and pharmacy staff have always been helpful and pleasant, seeking answers to questions, etc. Pharmacists always provide good information, if needed, in easy to understand terms when new medications are prescribed. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's not a bad thing...it means that others want to use this pharmacy, too!”
